1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Vantage Trade (vantagetrade.ai) and its associated services including VANCE AI analysis, Telegram channels, and API products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Vantage Trade AI and VANCE are proprietary and operated independently. ("we," "us," "our").
2. Nature of Service
Vantage Trade provides stock market alerts and AI-powered analysis for informational and educational purposes only. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing provided through our service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. All analysis, alerts, and VANCE AI output are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes.
3. No Financial Advice
VANCE AI analysis, including but not limited to directional bias calls, confidence scores, price levels, risk classifications, and pattern identification, does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. We never recommend position sizing under any circumstances. All trading decisions are made solely by you at your own risk.
4. Subscription and Billing
Vantage Trade offers two subscription tiers: Basic Alerts ($24.95/month introductory, $28.95/month after 90 days) and Vantage + VANCE AI ($44.95/month introductory, $48.95/month after 90 days). The VANCE tier includes a 7-day free trial with credit card required at signup. Your card will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. Subsequent charges occur monthly on the anniversary of your trial start date. All prices are in US dollars.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@vantagetrade.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided. Access to Telegram channels is revoked upon cancellation or non-payment.
6. Downgrade Policy
VANCE subscribers may request a downgrade to Basic by emailing support@vantagetrade.ai. A retention offer may be presented. You may accept the retention offer or proceed to Basic at $24.95/month. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not redistribute, copy, resell, or publicly share any content from Vantage Trade or VANCE AI channels without written permission. Content is watermarked with invisible identifiers unique to each subscriber. Violation of this policy results in immediate termination without refund.
8. API Terms
API access is subject to separate terms disclosed upon approval. The VANCE framework, system prompt, analytical parameters, and learning engine never leave Vantage Trade infrastructure. Attempting to reverse engineer, extract, or replicate the VANCE framework constitutes material breach and grounds for immediate termination without refund. API keys are cryptographically secured with instant revocation capability.
9. Risk Disclosure
Trading stocks involves substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Past performance of alerts or VANCE analysis does not guarantee future results. Individual results vary significantly. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage Trade, and VANCE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
